How to request a refund or replacement

 

Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date (or expected delivery date, if the order never arrived). Include your order number and, for damaged or wrong items, a photo showing the issue. We'll review it and get back to you within a few business days with a replacement or refund.

 

Refunds
