Beyond Pet Living ships orders directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, so we don't ask customers to mail items back to us. If something's wrong with your order, we make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

How to request a refund or replacement

Contact us within 30 days of your delivery date (or expected delivery date, if the order never arrived). Include your order number and, for damaged or wrong items, a photo showing the issue. We'll review it and get back to you within a few business days with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

What isn't covered

Change of mind after an order has already shipped, and issues reported more than 30 days after delivery. Contact us as soon as possible if there's a problem — the sooner we know, the faster we can help.
